Job Description
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and others.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
- Perform SEO audits and implement strategies to improve organic traffic and website ranking.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, analyzing performance, and refining strategies.
- Analyze website and campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes to refine strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on digital marketing performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
- Strong expertise in managing paid ads campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Familiar with SEO techniques, keyword research, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Proficient in email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with content creators and graphic designers.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Based in Bandung, willing to work on-site (WFO).
- Ready to join immediately.
