Job Description
• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and live chat.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and proper resolution of customer requests.
• Document interactions and ensure all customer communications are handled efficiently and courteously.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role (English-speaking environment preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English, especially in speaking.
• Willing to work on night shift (11 PM – 8 AM) and on Saturdays.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
