Based at our office, you will work closely with the sales and support teams to identify pain points and implement strategies that enhance customer loyalty. Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer retention, customer success, or a related account management role.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft professional and persuasive emails.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention targets and KPIs.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to handle difficult customer situations.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work full-time on-site at our corporate office.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and trends.
