Job Description
- Engage with the affiliate community through social media, events, and online discussions.
- Organize community events and webinars.
- Provide support and guidance to affiliates, addressing concerns and feedback.
- Collaborate with the business development to improve the affiliate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in community engagement or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community management.
- Experience organizing events and webinars.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with affiliates.
- Problem-solving skills to address concerns and provide support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business development teams.
