Job Description
1. Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Guideline, Work Instruction, Form, and Letter in the company with all departments;
2. Translate OY! Indonesia departments' procedure flow into a process flow diagram ;
3. Liaise with all departments related to the document update ;
4. Help to prepare & organize internal and external audits for ISO 9001, 27001 and 37001 ;
5. Maintain the Document Management System & Document Master List
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in any major ;
2. 1-2 years of experience in business process management is a plus point.
3. Familiar with using Google Workspace ;
4. Understand & able to create process flow diagram using software (such as visio, draw.io, etc) ;
5. Having good skills in communication and detail-oriented;
6. Fluent in English ;
7. Able to work in fast fast-paced environment
