Job Description

  1. Key account merchant operation work, directly responsible for the merchant's sales, improving the formulation and execution of sales strategies, not limited to investment promotion, joint marketing, user acquisition, etc.
  2. Monitor daily data indicators, diagnose the current situation of merchants and stores, and solve problems together with merchants and offline sales teams
  3. Collaborate with the offline sales team to integrate on-site and offline resources to help merchants improve amount of users and operational development
  4. Conduct regular reviews, identify problems through data, and formulate plans for the next stage.
  5. Actively understand the characteristics of the industry and the latest market trends, formulate implementation plans, and explore new business growth points

Requirements

  1. More than 2 years of merchant operation experience, familiar with offline installment business and operation model
  2. Goal-oriented, with strong creativity and execution ability, and strong proactive communication skills
  3. Good at formulating and implementing merchant strategies
  4. Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese
