Job Description
- Build feasibility study for new potential locations.
- Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
- Defining business requirements in liaison with Business Development Associate.
- Create financial projection and also develop new financial arrangement / schemes with various stakeholders of the business, especially project investors.
- Maintain master data and database for site acquisition process.
- Prepare and maintain SOP in Business Development department.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Having experience as a Business development/analyst in property developer or property industry will be a plus.
- Having the experience to build market analysis and business profitability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- You are a high energy individual.
- You have a high business acumen skill.
- You are an enthusiastic, motivated, positive attitude, and have the ability to learn quickly.
- Data-centric person.
- You are interested in assessing business opportunities and risks.
