Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of automotive loan sales representatives
  • Motivate and inspire team to achieve individual and team goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners and auto lenders within the assigned region
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities
  • Negotiate and close automotive loan deals with dealerships and individual customers
  • Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of our automotive loan programs
  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales action plans to address regional sales challenges
  • Travel throughout the assigned region to meet with dealers and customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or above, any major
  • Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in sales management function (handling area within Jabodetabek) from automotive loan/leasing/multifinance company (specifically 2 wheeler/motorcycle category)
  • Good Bahasa Indonesia, English skill will be plus and preferable
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
