Job Description
- Working closely with stakeholders on defining audience target, budgeting, and goal setting, in order to deliver expected metrics.
- Collaborate with Google, Meta, TikTok and other vendor partners to improve the performances.
- Execute, monitor, analyze, and do reporting of each campaign, in order to do improvement of the upcoming campaigns.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Requirements
- Proven working experience (minimum 3 years) in Performance Marketing.
- Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Proficient in using Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP) such as Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Highly motivated, open-minded and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn, love challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit and get things done.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success.
- Good time-management & multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication (Bahasa Indonesia & English) and collaboration skills, well-organized, disciplined, and high initiative.
