Job Description
- Perform routine monitoring of IT infrastructure and applications to ensure system availability and performance.
- Analyze system data and logs to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Create and maintain structured monitoring reports for internal use and management review.
- Support the team in identifying root causes of problems and implementing long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure IT systems meet organizational needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of monitoring procedures and incident resolutions.
- Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply IT knowledge in areas such as applications, servers, databases, and networks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering or other related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience as IT Support / Application Support or other related roles
- Having specific IT skills (Applications, Servers, Databases, Networks) is a plus
- Able to read and create systematic monitoring reports
- Experience in infrastructure and application monitoring
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Has a good understanding of Information Technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and has high integrity
- Able to work well both independently and in a team
