What you will do
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates throughout the production process.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their packaging needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, and sales) to ensure production meets client expectations and deadlines
- Monitor production schedules and communicate progress or any potential delays to clients proactively.
- Resolve client concerns and issues related to production promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service roles, especially within the packaging or manufacturing industry, would be preferred.
- Excellent in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) or Google Workspace (Sheet,Docs,Slides)
