Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand customer needs related to packaging and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Manage customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, sales, finance) to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Communicate proactively with customers on order progress, delivery updates, and any changes.
- Handle order administration, including data entry, invoicing, revisions, and payment follow-ups.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide effective solutions to maintain satisfaction.
- Support the sales team with follow-ups and customer communication as needed.
- Prepare reports on customer service performance and feedback for improvement.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High School graduate (Diploma or higher education is a plus).
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, or Order Management is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in managing administrative tasks and records.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, fast learner with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Comfortable working under deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
