Job Description
- Assist in checking spending vouchers to ensure accuracy and avoid duplicate expenses.
- Help review and organize supporting documents according to company policies.
- Support the team in reviewing AR aging reports and preparing month-end closing activities.
- Assist with inputting payment data into ACCPAC and reconciling transactions with other departments.
- Help manage document processing through DocuFlow.
- Support the AP Controller staff in administrative tasks such as receiving and checking payment request forms (FPP).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (minimum S1).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Kuningan, South Jakarta, Monday–Friday.
- Demonstrates learning agility and cost-awareness.
