Job Description
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with partners and clients
- Ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through exceptional customer service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address any concerns or issues
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to maintain a high level of satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize revenue
- Ensure successful delivery of products or services to clients
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Have a strong background in account management and relationship-building
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively close deals and secure contract renewals.
- Proficiency in using CRM
