Job Description
- Menyiapkan dan memastikan kesiapan implementasi pengguna
- Melakukan analisa kebutuhan pengguna
- Mengarahkan pengguna dalam penggunaan aplikasi
- Memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi
- Membuat report progress implementasi aplikasi
Requirements
- Pendidikan Min. D3 Teknik Informatika atau sebidang
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang B2B menjadi nilai plus
- Mampu berpikir kritis dan dapat mengambil keputusan dengan tepat dan cepat
- Adaptif dan cepat belajar
- Mampu mengolah data excel
- Dapat memahami domain knowledge masing-masing stakeholder (Universitas dan produk SEVIMA) dan bisnis proses SEVIMA
- Memahami regulasi pendidikan di Indonesia
