Job Description
The Financial Services Industry (FSI) team is focused on driving growth within Indonesia’s top-tier banks and financial institutions. As the sector moves toward cloud-native architectures and enhanced digital security, Huawei is positioning its full stack of ICT products, from storage and networking to collaboration tools like IdeaHub—to be the partner of choice. This role is designed for a high-energy "Hunter" who can navigate the complex decision-making modes of large organizations and deliver on aggressive revenue and P&L targets.
The Account Manager – FSI is responsible for the overall P&L, revenue growth, and market share of assigned accounts within the financial and government sectors. This role acts as the lead for business strategy, overseeing channel development, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis to ensure Huawei wins against market trends. You will not only manage high-level relationships but also handle the tactical execution of sales campaigns, partner enablement, and business forecasting.
Requirements
- Education: At least Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or other IT-related disciplines.
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of direct and enterprise sales experience.
- At least 5 years in managing Financial Services Industry accounts within IT/ICT/Telecommunication companies (selling enterprise products and solutions).
- Industry Expertise & Technical Competencies:
- Technical Knowledge: Professional understanding of Enterprise business processes and ICT technology.
- Project Management: Previously sold Huawei products or have a successful track record in large-scale ICT projects.
- Business Intelligence: Proven ability to create comprehensive Business Forecast Reports and manage complex P&L structures.
- Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate and present to C-level stakeholders.
- Software Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel for forecasting, PowerPoint for high-level presentations, and Word).
- Personality & Attributes:
- Character: Extroverted, charismatic, and able to adapt quickly to different business areas and customer personalities.
- Work Ethic: A "fighter" mentality, willing to work hard, take on challenges, and navigate the strict business rules of government and FSI customers.
- Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and networking skills; ability to build instant rapport and trust.
- Mindset: Highly target-oriented, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Language: English (professional fluency in spoken and written).
