Café Rambutan has been running on a once a week basis for two years and in February 2025 we want to open it initially for lunch Monday-Friday, and then perhaps for dinner and on weekends.  The focus is on healthy food as well as local food.  The menu is set but is of course open for innovation and change. As Amisewaka-DLCC is a Vocational Training Center offering certificates in Cookery and FBS, there is always a lot of activity going on in campus.   Amisewaka-DLCC is under the umbrella of Yayasan Adi Sewaka Widya and all profits from Café Rambutan are donated to this foundation to help with student scholarships.
