What’s it like working at Content Collision?
We have fun, while thriving on honest feedback and new ideas on how we can improve the operation. Everyone has a voice at Content Collision, and we firmly believe in transparency.
Here's what our work environment looks like:
The team works remotely! When needed, we still attend client meetings in Jakarta from time to time.
We believe that communication is one of the keys for a successful remote working environment. This is why we always tell our colleagues on Slack when we start our work day ("good morning all!"), when we have lunch ("brb lunch"), or when we have personal errands to attend to.
We don't babysit people. We trust that everyone can finish their tasks and hit the monthly KPIs independently. If they need help, then we're more than ready to help!
And most importantly, when we have feedback for the other person, we just tell it straight to them. We don't need to wait until a formal performance review. Of course this applies vice versa. The most important thing is to make sure, the feedback is reasonable, and is based on logic.
The right keywords we want to push are: "nurturing", "open", "adaptable", "collaborative", and "passionate".
